ThatLev terms.

These terms cover thatlev.com, ai.thatlev.com and the ThatLev character shop. They explain how purchases, artwork licenses and custom requests work. StillOn’s website and Mac app have their own terms of service. Other linked apps and services have their own terms too.
What’s available
Products marked as coming soon are not ready to buy. Joining a release list is simply a request for news, not a preorder or a reservation. Product pages will explain what’s included, the formats and compatibility, and the price before you pay. Printed stickers are currently unavailable.
Seller and contact
New ThatLev shop purchases are sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), Stripe’s merchant of record. Link is the seller of each new purchase: it takes the payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your payment receipt and tax invoice. ThatLev delivers your downloads and answers artwork, license and order questions at [email protected].
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Prices include any tax. Coffees are voluntary crypto tips paid directly to ThatLev, not purchases. Printed stickers are unavailable. Earlier orders keep the seller, tax treatment and terms shown on their original receipt.
Purchases and payment
For a live purchase, review the items, total, currency, any shipping charges and applicable taxes before you pay. The shop lists prices in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Use an email you can access: it is how you sign in to your purchases and receive order information. A purchase is accepted when payment succeeds and the order is confirmed; putting something in your bag does not reserve it.
A crypto coffee request shows the exact amount, network and address to use and is valid for 30 minutes; a Bitcoin amount is fixed at the exchange rate shown when the request is created. Send the exact amount on the network shown. Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed, so funds sent on the wrong network or as a different coin may be lost. A crypto refund, where one is due, is sent in the same coin and network to an address you provide.
You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have a parent or guardian make it for you. There is no subscription or recurring fee for a one-off artwork pack. Delivery and returns information is available in the shop policies linked below. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Downloads and printed stickers
After a confirmed digital purchase, the browser you checked out in can access that order immediately. On another browser, sign in with a code sent to your checkout email to access your purchases. Keep your email account and sign-in codes private. Download links do not give other people permission to access or copy your purchase. Contact me if you lose access or a file is missing.
For physical items, check the size, finish, delivery destinations and shipping estimate on the product page and at checkout. Give an accurate delivery address. If your order is damaged, incorrect or missing, email [email protected] with your order reference. More details are in Delivery, usage & returns.
How you can use the artwork
Digital packs come with the personal-use license shown at checkout. You can use the art on your own devices, as a personal profile picture, in personal projects and as individual stickers in conversations. You cannot resell or share the downloadable pack, publish a sticker library, or use it for business branding or merchandise without a separate written agreement.
Buying a copy does not transfer copyright or exclusive rights. The artist retains rights in original contributions to the extent those rights exist under applicable law. Third-party names, logos and other protected material belong to their respective owners. The artwork is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Google or OpenAI. Your order records the license version accepted at checkout; a later website update does not silently change that version.
Coffees
“Buy me a coffee” lets you send a one-off tip from $3 to $500. A coffee is a voluntary gift to support my work, paid in crypto directly to ThatLev. It doesn’t buy a product, download, license, service or priority, and it never repeats. If you sent one by mistake or chose the wrong amount, email [email protected] within 14 days with your reference and I’ll refund it. Custom artwork already agreed with me in writing stays governed by that agreement.
Returns and your consumer rights
If something goes wrong, contact me at [email protected] so I can help. Nothing here or in the artwork license takes away mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, missing or misdescribed products. Any right to cancel or return a purchase depends on the product and the law that applies.
Agreeing to these terms alone does not waive a right to cancel a digital purchase. Where immediate digital delivery requires your express consent and acknowledgement of losing that right, those choices must be requested separately before delivery and confirmed with your order. Any applicable cancellation instructions and return conditions will be shown before live purchases are enabled.
Using the site fairly
Don’t try to access another customer’s orders, bypass sign-in, abuse the forms or disrupt the site. Access may be restricted to protect customers or investigate misuse or a disputed payment. If you think access was restricted by mistake, contact me so I can review it. The artwork license explains what happens if its conditions are breached.

Email [email protected] for order, license or website questions. The ThatLev privacy policy explains how your information is used. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date. Existing purchases keep their agreed rights, and changes cannot remove protections provided by applicable law.
