Delivery, usage & returns.

Digital packs are ready to download. Each product page lists the included files and price. Printed stickers are a preorder; check the estimated shipping date before paying.

Seller and contact

Artwork purchases are sold by Dmitry Lavrentiev, trading as Gymshackles, at Profit Illia 19, 8541 Paphos, Cyprus. For orders and returns, contact hello@thatlev.com. Your card statement may show GYMSHACKLES.

Digital downloads

Each pack includes the files listed on its product page. Once your payment goes through, you can download your files from your order page. The browser you checked out in can open that purchase immediately. On another browser, sign in with a code sent to your checkout email. We remember this browser for 90 days and extend the session when you return, with a fresh sign-in required after a year. You can sign out of one browser or all browsers from My purchases.

Chat stickers come as PNG and WebP image files with instructions for iMessage, Telegram and WhatsApp. You add the images yourself using your app’s sticker tools. The ZIP is not an app or an automatic pack installer.

Personal use

Read the personal-use license. A copy is available from your order page. You can send individual stickers in conversations; please don’t redistribute the pack.

Digital packs are intended for your own profile pictures, devices, chats and personal projects. Buying a pack does not transfer copyright, exclusivity or commercial rights. Do not resell the files, redistribute the download pack, or use the art as a business identity without a separate agreement.

If you want art for a business or a character that’s only yours, send a commission request. We’ll agree in writing on what I’m making and how you can use it before you pay.

Physical stickers

Printed stickers are preorders. Shipping costs $2.90 per order. The estimated shipping date is shown beside the purchase button and in your bag; it is the expected dispatch date, not an arrival guarantee. Checkout shows the available delivery destinations. Email hello@thatlev.com to request cancellation before your order ships.

Custom commissions

You can propose an idea and an offer from $1. This is a request for review, not a booking or purchase. Lev may accept, suggest a different scope, or decline. No money is collected by the request form.

Before payment, we agree on the final deliverables, price, timing, revisions and usage rights. Source files, rush delivery, commercial rights, exclusivity, physical production and shipping are not included unless explicitly agreed. Public sharing is optional and separate from accepting the work.

If something isn’t right

For a missing download, incorrect item, damaged delivery or any order question, email hello@thatlev.com with your order reference. A refund or replacement can be requested through the same address. Describe what went wrong so I can help. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

Your information

I use your order details to take payment, send your products and help with any problems. Commission requests are private unless you separately choose to allow publication of your idea and artwork. Release alerts apply only to the product you requested. We do not automatically add customers or commission applicants to a marketing list.
