Made for your everyday use
With a paid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive personal-use license for the included artwork. Use it on your own devices, as a personal profile picture, in private non-commercial projects, or as stickers in your conversations. You can send individual stickers in chats, including group chats. You may resize or crop the artwork for these uses and keep a backup for yourself.
Matching profile pictures are for two
For a matching profile-picture pair included in your purchase, you may send the other half to one partner for their personal avatar. They receive the same personal-use permission for that image. This specific permission is an exception to the redistribution restriction below; the rest of the pack and your account remain yours.
Keep the pack yours
Do not resell, give away, upload, or redistribute the downloadable pack or its source files. Do not publish a sticker library or a collection that lets others obtain the artwork, even for free. Sharing an individual sticker in a conversation is allowed; distributing the pack is not. Do not share your sign-in codes or give others access to your purchases.
Business use needs a separate agreement
This license does not include advertising, business branding, merchandise, client work, paid content, or other commercial uses. Contact hello@thatlev.com before using the artwork for a business. Commission rights are agreed separately in writing before payment.
What you own
You own your purchased copy, not the underlying copyright or exclusive rights to the characters. Lev retains rights in original contributions to the extent those rights exist under applicable law. Third-party names, logos and other protected material remain with their respective owners; this license does not grant rights on their behalf or imply their endorsement.
Duration and problems
Your permitted use has no subscription or annual renewal fee. If a purchase is fully refunded, stop using and delete the digital files unless we agree otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise. A payment dispute may pause downloads while it is resolved. For a material breach of this license, we may suspend access and ask you to fix it; if the breach continues after reasonable notice, we may terminate the license. Your rights stay yours
Nothing in this license limits mandatory consumer rights, rights you independently hold, or uses permitted by applicable law. This license covers digital artwork. Buying a physical sticker does not grant rights to reproduce the artwork; lawful rights in the physical item are unaffected.
